The D-DIA is a DIA-type large-volume press fitted with dual axial impact cylinders. The whole machine applies six-way synchronous loading to establish stable hydrostatic confining pressure. Two sets of independent built-in upper and lower cylinders can separately deliver axial impact force and controllable differential stress, enabling dynamic impact loading and uniaxial shear deformation on samples under constant confining pressure and high-temperature conditions. It supports temperature control above 2000 °C and a maximum pressure exceeding 20 GPa. Boasting ample sample chamber space, it is compatible with in-situ characterization via synchrotron radiation.

Unlike conventional static high-pressure equipment, it enables precise tuning of impact rate, strain and pressure holding timing. It can not only fulfill static high-pressure synthesis tasks, but also simulate geological subduction, fault impact and stress-induced fracture of deep rock masses. Widely adopted for rheology research on Earth's deep dynamics, as well as new material preparation and physical property testing under coupled high-pressure impact conditions, it is a professional extreme-condition experimental instrument capable of superimposing axial impact loading on static confining pressure.
Press Tonnage: 500–2000 t
